I acknowledge it's a bit cliché to use the opening title music and not a deeper cut from further along in the album, but when I first started The Stone of Madness, and this song came on, I was immediately floored.  It also reminded me of a piece of music I wrote back in 2006 that was composed for the organ by someone who had never written organ music or played an actual organ before.  I think it also reminded me of the choral section from the arranged version of "Lux Aeterna" composed by Clint Mansell for Requiem for a Dream that was used in the trailer for The Two Towers.  So with all of that in mind, with the organ intro, followed by the snare drum and then the choir coming in around 1:07, I don't see how I could have passed up on this song.

If you watched Part 1 of my Chapter 1 playthrough, you'll've noticed that at around 0:35, I hold on the shot of the monestary with "Press Any Button" pulsating at the bottom of the screen because I was so captivated by the music, that I was afraid it was going to stop once I went to the main menu screen; this was also before I knew the soundtrack existed and had purchased it.
